Funko Pops! is unarguably one of the most successful figurines in the history of collectible toys and action figures. Since its foundation in 1998, the company has come up with more than 8000 different figures or, as they are more popularly known today, Pop! Vinyl.

I came around collecting Funko Pops! back in 2016; this was a little before the Shippuden came to an end. I have always loved collecting memorable items that I’m passionate about. This passion is certainly not limited to Funko Pops! by any means and extends to Posters, Trading Cards, Action Figures, Wearables, and more.

Naruto is one of the most successful anime series of all time, with millions of fans around the globe. The longevity of the anime can be attributed to the fact that even 5+ years after the ending of the original series and with more than 700 episodes to watch, anime is still being picked up and loved by new fans.

With all that said, let’s dive into this Naruto Funko Pops! Guide. Whether you are a new Funko Pops! Collector, or are just a die-hard Naruto fan like me who wants to know all about its collectibles, I’ll guide you through here.

Naruto Funko Pop! Figures are highly sought-after collectibles. These cute chibi Japanese-style figures with large heads and small bodies come in multiple waves with various Hot Topics and Exclusive Limited Editions. Several of them come with cool features like being larger than the standard ones and glow-in-the-dark.

There are two major types of people who buy these Funko Pops! Firstly, there are loyal fans who keep them as a way to show their love for the series plus as a memento of some great moments and characters from the anime. And the second type is called Flippers, people who buy these figures in bulk in the hope of selling them for high prices once those Pops! become rare.

Hence, I’ll be sharing my experience from both stances as a fan who loves collecting and keeping these figures as well as from an investment POV. Now without further ado, let’s dive into this guide!

The Nine-Tailed Demon Fox: Kurama

Firstly, there is the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox Series, or more lovingly known as the Kurama Funko Pop! Series by the fans. Kurama’s journey from being the utterly abhorred demon fox who destroyed the hidden leaf village to being the savior of the world alongside Naruto has made him one of the beloved tailed beasts among fans.

Currently, Kurama has 3 Funko Pop! Figures dedicated to him for his heroic services in the 4th Great Ninja War. Let’s take a look at all of these cool figures and admire their details to our heart’s content.

#73 Kurama

The No. 73 Kurama is a 6-inches tall Naruto Shippuden Hot Topic Pre-Release Funko Pop! It also has two more variants in the form of GameStop Flocked Exclusive and a Common Pop!, both similar in size. As a fan, this well-made classic Kurama Pop! However, I like some later versions of him more. Being an Exclusive super-sized Pop!, it is a fair enough buy for flippers as well.

#71 Naruto

This classical Naruto Funko Pop! is a competitive choice for collectors; it was one of the earliest Funko Pops! to release. This one is a Hot Topic Pre-Release Exclusive Funko Pop! Figure.

#185 Naruto (Sage Mode)

The Sage Mode reminds you of many iconic moments from the series, some happy, some equally sad. Naruto’s victory over Pain, the epic entry of the Sage Mode Naruto in the destroyed Konoha, the death of Kakashi Hatake, the painful death of Jiraiya, and Naruto becoming the Hero of the Leaf.

The 6th Hokage: Kakashi Hatake

Up next on the list is our adored sensei of team 7, son of the White Fang, and the 6th Hokage of the Leaf Village, Kakashi Hatake. I would say I’m sadder about Kakashi losing his Sharingan than anything else. I mean, it was part of his identity as the Kakashi of the Sharingan, the Copy Ninja.

Anyhow, keeping my sadness aside, Kakashi has his fair share of fandom. And this has been so since the very start of the series. And his personality continued to sparkle and glow brighter as the series reached its finale. At the moment, there are four cool Funko Pop! Figures dedicated to the Copy Ninja.

As an end note, if you want a top 3 pick from my personal collection for a quick buy, then I would recommend the #185 Naruto (Sage Mode), #548 Kakashi (Lightning Blade), and #732 Naruto vs. Sasuke Moment.

For me, the Sage Mode Naruto Pop! reminds me of the great arc and many epic and emotional moments associated with it. Besides that, the Pop! is exceptionally detailed and fun to keep. The Lightning Blade Kakashi can be associated with any of Kakashi’s awesome battles but this specific Pop! reminds me of his first that we got to see. The iconic battle versus Zabuza Momochi at the bridge that was later named the Great Naruto Bridge.

Lastly, the Naruto vs. Sasuke Pop! is the solidification of the final moment of the most epic duel in the whole series between two friends, enemies, and rivals. It’s an outstanding Pop! that I like to mention as my no.1 on my most favorite Naruto Funko Pop! list.

I hope this guide helped you learn about all the things that you wanted to know about these Funko Pops! both as a fan and as a collector. Until next time, have fun adding new ninjas to your collection.
